We booked this hotel due to the large bedroom space (we booked the premier room), and it was definitely worth it! The hotel wasn't too far to travel to from central Sapporo ( quick subway ride and a quick walk!). The amenities was clean and of good size. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Sapporo again!

The location is very good, near the train station, 7/11 and the center. The room is quiet. Price is reasonable.

Breakfast buffet had many choices, and food was delicious. Checkin and out were smooth. room amenities were plenty and complete.. Friendly staff. My child stayed for free. good value for money. Kinda of an outdated interior, but stay was comfortable.

Clean, comfortable, large room with king single twin beds, table, chairs and a couch. Convenient for public transport i.e. trams and trains, and local food stores only a few minutes walk away. Hotel room rates were very reasonable given the facilities and size of room. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

We had 2 rooms, upgraded to a double and a large twin. Twin room was very spacious, and the double room was also spacious (by Japanese standards). Both rooms were very clean and comfortable. Twin room had a large sofa bed. The desk/counter area in both rooms was big enough for 2 people to work; also the 2nd chair/table was also possible to use to work on the computer (both rooms). Not far from the subway. Valet parking for 1500/day.

The amazing stay experiences I have had .Very beautiful hotel room, terrific amenities, large room with awesome views. How come it doesn’t show on this site? It’s the best hotel I have ever stayed in Sapporo. Better than the 5 stars hotel . My another shocking experience was I lost my passport. Thanks to Miss 正木,Due to her great help, finally I got my new passport. Thanks so much.

Is not easy to find a hotel to accommodate 3 children in a room. I'm glad I found Sappoto Excel Hotel Tokyu. It is very clean, the price is affordable, we have all the facilities we need. The staff are very friendly. The nearby Nakajima park is beautiful. We love this hotel. Our children room can see Sapporo tv Station tower.

the room size is huge, theres a shuttle bus to sapporo station. making our transport more convenient especially during winter with heavy snow. price is reasonable and definitely will stay again. theres a beautiful nakajima park near the hotel, can take VERY nice photos there as well.

The staff at reception was also very welcoming and explained everything in a concise manner. The room was amazing (we booked a "view" room and then were given an upgrade as all those were full) with a beautiful view of the city and surrounding mountains. Breakfast was extensive, with a wonderful variety of food and helpful staff to answer questions and keep everything sanitary. The location was wonderful, within easy walking distance of Susukino, Odori Park, and other such places.
